Serani Siegel
OSCE Senior Evaluator in 2009-2016, an evaluation consultant with more than 20 years of experience, Serani has managed strategic evaluation portfolios encompassing women's rights and gender equality, human rights education, rule of law and democratization. She served as a team leader for evaluating the projects funded by the European Union, the Council of Europe, OSCE, and IAEA, in more than 20 countries of Europe, Central Asia and South America. Fully versed in evaluation tools, she has particular aptitudes for quantitative analysis and a passion for designing education and learning tools.

Camille Massey
Evaluator at the Council of Europe in 2014-2017, Senior Strategic Planning Advisor at OSCE in 2008-2012, Camille has 17 years in her evaluation consultancy portfolio. She led evaluation teams for EU country evaluations, the Council of Europe, Unicef, UNODC and others. Her strong suit is providing strategic advice, sensitive to multilateral political contexts and implementable at the policy level. She is passionate about human rights, and adept at navigating the complexities of the organizational contexts. She worked in more than 20 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, North Africa, an Latin America.

Jaba Devdariani
CSO activist with almost 25 years of experience, editor and analyst, Jaba continued his career in international civil service at OSCE in 2003-2011, and served as Director for International Organizations (UN, OSCE, CoE) at the Georgian MFA. As an independent consultant since 2012, he works mostly on public administration reform and masters the intrinsic interplay between international politics and development portfolios. He is specializing in implementation context analysis and has worked for UNDP, UKAID and governments to plan public administration reforms.
